Since starting our investment journey, we’ve been very blessed to find a network of people and a path that has worked very well for us. We believe if you have a solution to somebody else’s problem, you are obligated to share that solution. That’s why we wish to share what we’ve learned with others.
We hope this introduction to our Investment Philosophy will tell you what you need to know about us:
We will only invest with those that we know, like and trust. This applies to those with whom we place our investors assets, as well as our investors themselves.
Whenever possible – we will only invest with those that we have personally invested with – if we have not, we will tell our investors such.
We will always be transparent with our investors about any compensation we are receiving on investments – no phony Wall Street games. One of our goals is to get money out of the crooked Wall Street casinos and onto Main Street.
We will have “skin in the game,” as much as possible – our money will be invested alongside our investors, whenever possible.
Our investments will have a real asset behind them – houses, apartments, agricultural and so on.
We will encourage our investors to look at things that meet a basic human need. For example, shelter; one of our goals is to provide housing for 10,000 families.
We want our investments to serve a greater good; a roof over someone’s head, keeping someone in their home, fostering better conditions for all.
We want the people that work in our company to walk the talk and invest in the types of things we ask our investors to invest in.
